As a sustainable corporation, Plaga Farm is committed to continuously developing our people. This extends not only to our staff members, but also the communities that surround us. From the very beginning, we make it our mission to give them more than the knowledge they need. Engagement and development become the focal points of our approach. While training and case studies are conducted to keep the mind sharp, regular gatherings and after-work activities are held to create a comfortable and nurturing environment.

 

Most of our team members consist of housewives from the villages around the farm. By working at our establishment, the ladies can have a steady income, while also having the flexibility to take care of their families. Through our community-focused ways, we are able to understand the needs of our people, and respond accordingly.
